RECYCLE YOUR CAR SEAT

Target’s takeback event runs from September 15-28, 2024. This is the most accessible recycling event that we have in North America, so get those old seats out of the garage and head to Target! No purchase required.

Target is offering their annual Earth Day carseat recycling event, April 12-23, 2023. Grab your old seats and head to your nearest full-size Target store. More info here. The next event probably won’t be until September, so don’t miss out on your chance to free up some space in your garage, basement or closet!

Target will be offering car seat recycling at all stores from September 11-25, 2022. You do not need to purchase a new seat to participate. More info here.

Bring in any car seat (infant through booster) to your local Target stores for recycling, April 18-30, 2022. If you need a new seat, you can get a coupon for 20% off. However, you are also welcome to just recycle that expired, damaged, or otherwise unusable seat! Car Seat Trade-In | Target

If you have a car or booster seat in need of recycling, Target Stores are offering recycling at all stores from September 12-24, 2021. This is one of the easiest, most convenient recycling options of the year, so don’t miss it! More info here.

The Target Trade-In Event is back! Bring your seats to Guest Services at any Target store for recycling. Recyclers are eligible for a 20% coupon for kids’ gear as well. Event runs from April 5 – April 17, 2021. More information here.
